Committee just a start. You need to investigate, arrest, try, convict, send to prison for a long time that Governor Cuomo. Sent sick persons into nursing homes and guaranteed the deaths of many seniors.
Reckless and wanton disregard for human life. 3rd degree murder. A child would have known better what to do than the doggo did.
