Picture the following:
A country that had been built by White people,suddenly decides to vote for intellectually inferior,criminally neglectful blacks,to run their cities and lives.Not only that,but those blacks appear to have a pre-disposition for solving even the most minor of disagreements violently. They also have a desire to omit the Whites--who elected them--from decision-making and in fact,replacing them with incompetent,racist blacks.

Question:If enough blacks are put in power by the Whites,will the racist hatred,the blacks have for Whites,manifest itself into mass racial murders OF them?
