D.C. is just a stopping point--not a place where they get rounded up and sent back to Mexico.She'll just arrange to dump them off elsewhere--into someone else's lap.

YES. Bowser [sounds like the name for a dog] would be perfectly all right with shipping them to another city. As if anywhere USA is prepared to accept a whole bunch of illegals or even should be. They are OK there, just not here. Sure. They are OK nowhere.
