A good laugh there. They don't know about WHY minority crimes don't get solved?Pleeeeze.

1)Witnesses don't talk.
2)Word gets around in the ghetto--and everyone knows who killed Lascivious Jones--but no one talks.
3)Perps are taken out of town--into hiding--by friends and fambilee.
4)black police(chiefs) don't want to solve black crime.
5)Liberal prosecutors don't want to prosecute minority crime--unless it's horrific enough to raise eyebrows.

The media knows this--of course--stop playing dumb,msm.

The perpetrator or perpetrators boast to the whole community. Get street "cred". Infamous as a bad due to be feared by all and understood by all as being so.
