Here is the link to the video of a joint presentation by three independent thinkers - Heather MacDonald, Victor Davis Hanson, and Steven Malanga - with critical perspectives on the dysfunctional U.S. immigration policy and offering solutions. Although the issues they are discussing deal with the breakdown of the American immigration system, the solutions they propose are also applicable to the equally dysfunctional Canadian Immigration system.
