Doctors could never get the "slinky toy" that they surgically attached to the woman's genital area,to become erect.Good thing too.Nowadays,who knows?They probably can.

A monument some will find offensive and rip down?
There are already a TON of trans males (f2m). Google 'Drag King' or 'Buck Angel' or 'Scott Keptsecret.' Obviously they use 'stage names' as they don't wish to be harassed or bashed for being trans.
