So all organizations,groups,businesses and clubs MUST have blacks in them--what percent of the membership should it be?Five percent,10,20 or 50 percent?Will it be whatever blacks decide is a good number,or should an "independent"commission(packed with negroes)recommend a quota?
Don't blacks audition for these jobs?If they're not getting hired,I doubt it's because they're black.In these types of professions,musicians hire the people who play the best--end of story.
Forcing less talented people in as affirmative action hirees destroys yet another great American tradition:best qualified,most talented doesn't matter anymore.
