Martin Patino, 25, was charged with making terroristic threats-public fear after he was upset about District Attorney Joe Gonzales' decision not to reopen three cases in which black men were killed by SAPD officers.
ATR: Who the Hell is gonna put a stop to this insanity?
If the federal government does not step in, then there is going to be vigilante justice.
