N.S.: "Undocumented" is a code phrase for criminal, illegal aliens. Thus, these people are being rewarded for their crimes, which include crossing the border illegally, working illegally, driving without driver's licenses, driving without auto insurance, tax evasion, EITC fraud, identity theft, etc. The majority of them aren't families, either, because in at least 50% of the cases, the parents aren't married, and in many cases, the parents aren't even the parents, but fraudsters posing as the parents of illegal human being or anchor children. By the way, the aforementioned children will grow up without knowing who the heck they are, since often as not, their "parents" have bought fake IDs for them.
