They already ignore it for the most part.The only "6 foot distancing rule" blacks follow is,"no more than 30 negroes within 6 feet of each other(white women having sex with negroes are allowed as part of the mix--with no penalty).
If all people must wear a mask,is Oregon saying indirectly,that blacks are NOT people?
