Mets First Baseman against "All Lives Matter"
Well, Pete's life has stopped mattering to me.
I'm sure the numerous measures he's doubtless taken to protect his own precious life (gated community? 24-hour security at the door/gate?
trespassers met with armed response? bodyguards? concealed carry permit?) have nothing whatsoever to do with "systemic" racism... or as Pete puts it,
"systematic" racism.
Leave it to a preening jock like Pete to foul up one of the handful of rote talking points available to social warriors. No mind--I'm seeing plenty of "I Can't Breath" signs out there.
