This is how the DOJ inflates the number of white perpetrators, while lying about the actual number of Hispanic perpetrators across the country... They had to add "white" into his race description, rather than "non-white Hispanic."

Sure. A whitey man and cannot be mistaken for anything else. Sure.
They had the one guy just a weekend prior to this last shot and killed in Chicago and his race listed as OTHER. They could not even determine.
