David: The 13-year old suspect has officially pleaded guilty. The sentence will be six to 18 months, with time already served counted. The other two suspects are to be tried as adults.

It's a wonder blacks will get convicted of ANY crime in the current climate.

THAT IS NO SENTENCE FOR MURDER!! And he will get credit for time served of course. Six to eighteen months for murder. I must be getting old. And of course his record will be SEALED. We do not want to give him a bad reputation. He has a lotta street cred now. We will not hear the last of him.
