I read the story about the National Guardsman,who wrote an eyewitness testimonial of his experience being exposed to Seattles filth,subjected to Molotov cocktails,bottles of urine being hurled at the Guard,plus bricks,rocks and other items of potential injury--that are all felonies--but no one is being charged.
