Osmosis.The libs will absorb working white Americans money via osmosis. Biological scientists and computer geniuses from Microsoft,Intel and IBM are joining forces in an attempt to combine the natural process of osmosis with computer programming--which when combined in an app on a smart phone, could be used by blacks by simply standing next to a white person--clicking the app and draining his bank account into theirs.And it wont be a crime.They'll call it,"involuntary reparations--continued."
Whites already pay reparations on a daily basis in many ways.
Just part of the new America.

Derbyshire has spent considerable effort trying to explain these recurring efforts at magic transformations of 'failing schools' (or entire 'school systems'): he called it the 'Magic Brick' Theory.
The idea was that old schools - in old neighborhoods - were the cause of the profound failure of students there: if just ENOUGH money were spent on new schools, more teachers, more programs, etc, grades/state exam results would skyrocket and all maladaptive behaviors would magically vanish.
It is an endless, insane exercise in utter futility:
