You know how I feel about the Manhattan DA's Office under Robert Morgenthau, and what's become of the NYPD and the NY media, but the MSM did a creditable job (except for suppressing reporting on the black hate campaign against the victim), lead prosecutor Liz Lederer did heroic work, and the investigation was the NYPD's finest hour.
