I’m Back on Twitter… for the Moment

By Nicholas Stix

After 17 or 18 months, I'm b-a-a-a-c-k! An apparatchik accused me of being “a bot.” Makes sense. After all, I’m so lacking in distinction—a man without characteristics. (I’ve since learned that being accused of being a bot is a Red insult.)

At first, I didn’t care. Social media are the ultimate time-waster. But then, I was getting hit by politburos all over the place. Tw---er. F---book. G—gle. The Di---dent Right….

Until the next ban.

Off topic here.

You mentioned its ok to post a link. This is a headline from the website Sciencedaily.

'A video game can change the brain, may improve empathy in middle schoolers'

https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2018/08/180809175051.htm

Here is a sample:

"In order to rebuild the spaceship, players must, as the robot, build rapport with the aliens by deciphering the emotions on their human like faces"

"Our long-term aspiration for this work is that video games may be harnessed for good and if the gaming industry and consumers took this message to heart, they could potentially create video games that change the brain in ways that support virtuous qualities rather than destructive qualities."

Sounds like a liberal brainwashing to me.
