Probably a donation from the Korryn Gaines family--who received 38 MILLION DOLLARS,from the city of Baltimore,in a February 18th,2018 award.

Money to burn over there--"Black Lottery" winners need to step up when their city needs a little money in a pinch.
I couldn't remember Freddie Gray's name(I Googled "Baltimore police brutality payoffs" and got not Gray,but the Gaines burglars.38 MILLION.I never heard a thing about that one.Unbelievable.
