Eye chart-named minority (Chakib Khodja) arrested for serial rapes in chicago; police lie about "it being safer now"
“(wgn) Logan square — a man has been arrested in a string of sexual assaults that have shaken the northwest side, police announced monday.
“Chakib Mansour Khodja, 36, has been charged in five [Ha, ha, ha! More like 50, or even 500] sexual assaults that took place on the northwest side over three years, with prosecutors pressing 16 felony and two misdemeanor counts against the chicago [sic] man.
“the charges include aggravated criminal sexual assault with a weapon, aggravated kidnapping and attempted home invasion. he was arrested friday at O’Hare airport as he was returning from algeria, police said.
“the crimes happened between may 2022 and february, with three sexual assaults taking place earlier this year, supt. Larry Snelling said at a press conference monday, flanked by three rows of detectives and prosecutors.
“in some of the sexual assaults, the victims were followed home in the Logan square area, with their attacker going into their homes before violently assaulting them, victims and police have said.
“Khodja was ordered to be held in jail pending trial at an initial court appearance monday.
“'the volume of these incidents, the lying around and waiting at the time of night for vulnerable females in the area to be out alone, the using of a weapon, knives being placed at throats, forcefully committing sexual assaults, cutting the tights of some of the victims, going into the entryways of their residences, observing them …. indicates the defendant will use any force necessary to satisfy the sexual impulses he has,' Cook county judge Susana Ortiz said in her decision.
“police in march released a sketch of the man wanted in the cases after another sexual assault in the area was confirmed.
“the sexual assaults Khojda has been charged in include: [GRA: probably many more--uncredited.]

“jan. 18 in the 2800 block of west Bloomingdale avenue, where a 36-year-old victim was assaulted
“july 15, 2022, in the 2800 block of west Wellington avenue, where a 21-year-old woman was assaulted
“may 7, 2022, in the 2000 block of north Humboldt boulevard, where a 36-year-old woman was assaulted
“Khodja is a 'violent serial predator who literally went out hunting for his victims,” Cook county’s state’s attorney Eileen O’Neill Burke said at the press conference.
“'today, the city is safer,' O’Neill Burke said.”
GRA: If I check the news tomorrow, I'll bet there are still rapes, murders, and robberies that took place tonight. NOT safer.

N.S.: The state's attorney might have gotten an agreement from the msm to refrain from reporting on any rapes for a day or two.

NOT SAFER...THUGS SHOOT A 66 YEAR OLD GUY WALKING HIS DOG:IT'S A MEX NEIGHBORHOOD.
CHICAGO (WLS) -- A concealed-carry license holder was wounded in a shootout with two suspects in Pilsen Tuesday morning, Chicago police said.
The shooting took place at about 5:51 a.m. in the 1100-block of West Cullerton Street.
Police said the 66-year-old victim saw two suspects near a parked vehicle and got into a verbal altercation with them.
The suspects then displayed a firearm and there was an exchange of gunfire with the victim, who has a valid Firearm Owners Identification card, police said.
David Villalobos said the suspects were trying to carjack someone. He said he's fortunate to be alive, let alone home from the hospital already.
He was walking his dog, when he spotted the suspects.
(GRA:That's no time to be "walking your dog.")
"It was a superficial wound. But it went in and out, and I thank God for that," Villalobos said.
He was shot in the leg, and taken to Stroger Hospital in good condition.
Tuesday afternoon a simple bandage was covering the wound.
"It's getting bad again in the neighborhood. It's getting bad again," Villalobos said.
(GRA GETTING bad?)
He said the suspects were tapping on the window of the car initially.
"I thought it was a phone to a guy, and then I seen him sticking a gun to the guy's head. And he tells me, 'Hey, old man, you know, and I'm looking get the f out of here before I shoot you," Villalobos said.
Before he had a chance to heed the person's warning, shots were fired.
"He drew his weapon, and he shot. And I moved as fast as I could. I returned fire," Villalobos said. "I'm thinking about going home, see my wife, my grandkids. You know, that's what I'm thinking. I'm not thinking about shooting the guy. I was very hesitant to do so. It's getting rough in Chicago, and, Mayor Johnson, you ain't got enough police force."
Cellphone video captured by a neighbor shows the suspects ducking.
