This has never been considered a Film Noir. The plot per the TCM site is, “A doctor returning from the Korean War must choose between setting up a glamorous practice and helping the poor.”

It sounds like a copy of The Citadel (1938).

Charlton Heston’s first film was a genuine noir, with the evocative title Dark City (1950). His co-star was Lizabeth Scott, as well. It’s a better film than Bad for Each Other, but Red Eddie Muller has never shown it.

N.S.: Red Eddie’s choices just get curiouser and curiouser.

TCM's Film Noir of the Week Saturday Night-Sunday Morning at Midnight and 10 a.m. ET is Felis Feist's Tomorrow is Another Day (1951) with Ruth Roman, Steve Cochran, Ray Teal, Lurene Tuttle, Hugh Sanders.

David In TN: Tomorrow is Another Day is another recycled film already shown once on Film Noir of the Week, maybe twice by Eddie Muller. In his Outro last week Red Eddie said it was one of his favorites.
