This is a growth industry USA. A crime particular a peculiar to the negro? Might well be so. Monkey see, monkey do. Almost literally so.
I can recall seeing an image of a formal dance Oakland circa 1945 or so. ALL white couples. A thing of the past long gone I am afraid.
