GRA:Eric Winstrom,the Grand Rapids' Police chief,said weeks ago,"arrest(s)will be made imminently in the cases of the three bodies found dead in a southeast side neighborhood street."
It hasn't happened,as I suggested,with blacks probably circling the wagons and failing to cooperate--his presser was on November 16th,not withstanding.
I don't know what Winstrom's definition of "imminently" is,but mine ran out November 23rd.
Maybe he's allowing the murderer to spend Christmas with his fambilee?A poor method-- in my sarcastic book--of how to police the streets of Grand Rapids.

(NYTimes)Prosecutors charged a Detroit police officer with manslaughter on Tuesday, accusing him of fatally punching a 71-year-old man during a confrontation.
The officer, Juwan Marquise-Alexander Brown, 29, has since been fired by the Detroit Police Department.
On Sept 1., Mr. Brown was sent to investigate a complaint of disorderly conduct against Daryl Vance, a Detroit resident, outside a bowling alley, according to prosecutors.
Brown was fired,but is appealing the dismissal.
