If they were Amish or Presbyterians, I imagine the authorities would have given more detailed descriptions of the suspects. The dc youth rehabilitation act is giving protection to the guilty.
The capital of the Land of the Free and Home of the Brave should be under martial law, and the perps and their worthless families moved to re-education camps in the new mexican desert or africa.
