Why shoot, is there any place the Haitian is not hated. They probably even hate themselves.
My late friend Bob was a world traveler. Said Haiti was the worst place he had ever been. Totally hopeless with almost all persons desperate.
What they need to do is evacuate the entire human population of Haiti go into Haiti and then plant native vegetational all over then we 500 years or so before you go back
