Heart failure cause primarily by the ingestion of illegal compound substances injurious to the human body. The Floyd boy was complaining to Chauvin even before he was on the ground "I can't breathe". He had the fetanyl in his mouth. That is why they found three fetanyl tablets spat out in the back seat of the police car.

That is how it feels when you have heart failure. I cannot breathe. I know. That has been me.

Even more than heart failure it was a manic episode that the heart could not take, based on years of destroying it with crack, weed, coke, heroin and fentanyl. How anyone could not see that his cop car backseat antics were what killed him,is beyond me.

I place this squarely on Keith Ellison, who I believe broke every rule of conducting a fair investigation, probably pressured Andrew Baker to change his autopsy findings and without a flinch or a twitch, sent an innocent Chauvin and fellow cops to prison--Chauvin for potentially two decades plus.

SOMEONE needs to investigate Ellison and the investigation he conducted to set this case up as a complete miscarriage of justice.ELLISON should be in prison for 25 years, not Chauvin.

Not exactly breaking news.

The autopsy report, which has been readily available online for more than 3 years now, makes this very clear.

Asphyxiation was not the cause of death.

No damage to the trachea or larynx.

No bruising or other injury to the neck musculature or other soft tissue of the neck.

If Fox had allowed it (?), Carlson could have reported this back in the summer of 2020. Not that it would have made much difference. At the time, the political agenda was too big for Carlson to counter.
