I am not broken up over the war crime murder of Ryan Carson, 32. However, I am outraged about the nycpd's refusal to do its job. The cops know exactly who the black perp is, they have his photo and the video of him stabbing Carson to death, and yet chief of detectives Joseph E. Kenny is telling the public pathetic lies: We're trying to "develop probable cause"?! Kenny is lying like a persian rug. He's got the murder video. He's just trying to give the perp time to leave town.
It's almost 79 hours since the black perp committed his war crime.

Not only does the victim look like a jackass in the photo, but the wife (not-bad looking) looks like a convict herself with that garbage tattooed on her arm. And a nice sleeveless dress to show it off. End of useless rant. -RM

They always say that. Probably cause. For what do they need that? Or they say we are not sure exactly what happened. Who can ever know EXACTLY what happened. As again you even need to know.

Don't worry about it. Let them say whatever they want. They have to say stuff like that to sound professional. And there does have to be a winnable court case.
There is video. The unedited video shows the entire crime. It has been downloaded and saved on thousands of computers now. They cannot "disappear" it.
The young black woman who appears after the stabbing was reportedly with the suspect. So she can be identified. Probably already has been. She will ID the suspect in the video.
There is an airtight case. So let them say whatever they want.
The only question is what will the charge be? Does the NY criminal code and NY precedent allow a first degree murder charge here? Is there a reasonable chance for a guilty verdict on that charge?
Most likely it will be second degree murder. Maybe a sentence of 20 - 30 years. Will be no surprise at all if he pleads guilty to 2nd deg murder for a sentence of 25 years, then is out on parole after less than 20 years, before he's 40.
Not guilty by insanity(being black).That's what wokesters are pushing for--no murder convictions with time in prison.
