The black plague: It only takes blacks (and their White “allies”) ten years to ruin a city

But if a city is “welcoming,” it quickly transitions from 95% White—as Grand Rapids was in the 1980s and ‘90s, and as close as the mid-2000s to 65% White, as we have now—most of it occurring during woke, White, Rev. George Heartwell’s term as mayor, followed by extreme liberal Rosalynn Bliss.

It was the 2010s, when I saw moving vans pull into the formerly White neighborhoods constantly, dropping off spics and nigs in bunches.

It only takes ten years to ruin a city. Some landlords fought back against being forced to rent to minority destroyers of rental property. This woke city I’m in has passed laws designed to put individual landlords out of business by raising costs to prohibitive levels of operation. This includes forcing them into buying smoke detectors with batteries that cannot be broken into. Why? blacks and spics steal the batteries from such detectors and use them in their remotes.

Inspection costs are being raised on individual landlords. The goal is to force them to sell to corporate landlords, who then institute a policy of renting to “low-income” minorities (english translation: career criminal blacks and hispanics)—subsidized by the government.

I know this firsthand, after talking to the landlord of a few houses a couple weeks ago. Added costs will force her to spend more money and she IS considering getting out of the business. New rules take effect January first. Who came up with these plans?

“A minority in charge at the grand rapids city property unit,” the landlady said.

And that’s how blacks take care of their own. Not racist though, is it?
