Meet Kirkland Warren, a black serial killer "experts" won't research

Turns out that Kirkland Warren, ex-boyfriend and double murderer of Meshay Melendez, 27, and her daughter Layla Stewart, is also a child rapist. Forensic testing indicates he raped the 7-year-old before killing her:

In new court filings, investigators say that the man accused of abducting a Vancouver mother and her 7-year-old daughter also raped the young girl before killing them both earlier this year.

Warren was already free on bond on a first-degree murder charge in connection with the death of a man in arkansas in 2017.

Not just murder, but "1st degree," so how is he back on the street? A young mother and child would still be alive if he were in prison where he belongs.

Technical definition of a serial killer is someone who has killed at least 2-3 people in a time frame of over one month. Will there be a concerted effort to discover if he has killed anyone else?

Yes another black serial killer and child rapist...but most of the general public believes only White men do those things.

["experts" won't research]

What kind of "research" do you suggest? What could be learned?

The link below has a timeline of, uhm, events for this guy, and it includes the Arkansas case.

https://www.columbian.com/news/2023/may/09/new-charges-filed-against-double-murder-suspect-kirkland-warren/

[Not just murder, but "1st degree," so how is he back on the street?]

According to the timeline, he was granted bail: "Dec. 13, 2017: Warren posts $250,000 bond in the homicide case and is released."

Can only assume people in Arkansas were having trouble putting together a solid case against him, one that would get a conviction in court. Otherwise why was he still out on bond in 2023 for a 2017 murder? Probable cause is enough to get you arrested, but may not be enough to take the case to court.

[A young mother and child would still be alive if he were in prison where he belongs.]

Well, she and her child would also be alive if she wasn't apparently such a dedicated member of the underclass. From the timeline:

"Feb. 17, 2023: Melendez meets with investigators and recants her earlier statement. She says she lied about the shooting and claims she and her friend have mental health and drug issues, to explain away their earlier statements. She wants assurances Warren won’t be arrested. Investigators deem this to be suspicious."

So he shoots at her apartment, a 3rd party corroborates this, and yet she still wants the cops to drop the whole thing, and implies the 3rd party is a nutjob. The cops may have been suspicious, but she repeats this about two weeks later:

"March 3, 2023: Melendez says she is trying to get the charges to go away."

The truth is, no one much cares about what happens to the underclass. This is perfectly understandable. So not many "experts" or anyone else will be interested in doing "research" on this case.

A shame about the little girl. She had no choice about who her mother was going to be. She had a different last name, assuming it's the last name of her father. So another young black woman with a child out of wedlock.
