I see local mentions of mex like this regularly, but this guy seems particularly prolific.

I should add that Hillsboro (in Washington County) is derisively referred to as "Hillsburrito" due to it being a city surrounded by an agricultural region that brings in a lot of mex workers. A high percentage of these mex mayhem and murder reports come out of Hillsburito but they are always referred to as Hillsboro, Washington County etc. men rather than their actual place of origin.

No, Mr. bleeding heat, it's robbing and carjacking people that's ruining their lives...and ours.
The video is too dark and grainy to be absolutely certain the kids were all black, at one point one of the faces flash and he appears to have light skin but those B&W videos can make light skin appear much lighter than it is. You can see one prominent afro hairstyle and mixed race gangs are rare in pdx, so if you see one, you can petty much bet they are all black. I know the area this happened well, it's about 2 miles southeast of my house and used to be a blue collar area relatively free of crime, that is until it was "diversified" by low income housing projects.
The victim says he has been in jail and is now considering getting a gun so it doesn't sound like he's exactly a woke type liberal but the idea that just because you are (black) and young means that you aren't responsible for your behavior is classic White lib excuse making.
And the immigration status is?
