Why on Earth would a major university hire a failure to be its football head coach? His lifetime record as a college head coach is 25-21. He had one great season at msu, going 11-2 and winning the peach bowl in 2021. Otherwise, his college head coach record is 14-19. And msu made him “one of the highest paid coaches in all of sports”?!
