Can't see much,looks like some White skin and some braids flying around.No one got shot--yet.Just a little fight,I had a couple myself.

The whitey kid will probably be disciplined too. Even if he was attacked he put a knee up to defend himself and apparently swung a punch at his assailant. By the rules of some schools merely defending yourself is considered to be fighting.
I grew up rural Montgomery County. There were blacks but there was segregation--black schools and white schools. I remember one snowy day in the 50's when school bus had a problem on a snowy hill--if I recall correctly, it tipped on its side. The school bus was filled with little black kids--not a single White. A White neighbor kept the kids in her house until another bus could be sent for them.
