Another case of #MeToo gone wild or did he actually do it? In his case he was accused of actual forcible rape, not just showing his junk or making awkward overtures to a woman which puts him in Cosby and Weinstein territory. I don't know enough about the details to feel comfortable expressing an opinion but the Breitbart comments were interesting. I'm posting some below:

Where’s the supposed evidence of these supposed crimes taking place?

No police report, no lawyer testimony immediately after the incident, no counseling or therapist’s notes from these supposed 2003 victims, provided to the courts, no biological or physical evidence, no pager or phone texts or log history, no social media, the women nor anyone in their orbit including at the scientologist dojo took photos, videos, testimonials of these women’s supposed injuries inflicted immediately afterwards etc.,

Without any of the aforementioned & more, this guy like so many national cases as of late was found guilty not by facts but illogical public opinion & devolving, moronic emotional animus.

Business owners and REAL males need to read this case WELL. Anyone can file ANY charge against you at anytime. It's NOT a charge is real or has merit, it's simply someone decides to create a charge. You MUST present over whelming evidence to prove your innocents.....IT will put you out of business and could put you behind bars for LIFE!!

OK, gals, this is the 21st century. If you get molested, assaulted, or raped, you report it to police, you take photos of your injuries on the day of discovery, and NO EXCUSES that you were ashamed or whatever your excuse is for not doing that. If it's somebody famous, also go to the press. Otherwise I will not believe your story. I'm tired of stupid women who never learn anything.

These women did report it to Scientology authorities. In that religion, you are not allowed to go to the police to report another Scientology member.

You will say, "why did they listen to that rule?". This is a good question but understand that the penalty for violating Scientology's rules is to be declared a "suppresive person."

What does that mean? It means that fellow Scientologists will not be allowed to speak to you ever again -- i.e., their families as these people were likely born into the religion.

Masterson will likely appeal the conviction and get another trial. Read that a total of about 8 women were actually raped, but only the 3 in this last trial were able to prove enough to get a conviction.

Seems like a weird story to make up.

Obama fans say he failed a polygraph about it. But the result of a polygraph cannot be used in court so it's not really clear how much that's worth. Just something to note more than anything.

Anyway Saint Obama won't be too worried because the media will pummel this story until it's dead.
