Well, just as everyone knows that when the media says, "teens" they really mean black negroes, so those paying attention will learn that "group" means black negro gang.
Gang as contrasted to group usually the former understood as being involved in criminal activity. Aren't schools supposed to be SAFE zones? Whatever a SAFE zone is?
