mexico has issued a warning to their own felonious population of the risks of venturing to the capital of “the land of the free and the home of the brave.” there is “a significant increase in crime in areas previously considered safe.”

There's a lot of luck with murders,the numbers may go up or down--based on many factors.Shootings however indicate intent to kill--felons don't fire guns unless they mean to kill someone--or know that's a possibility.The SOUND of gunfire is never accurately reported.
