Hi, I thought you might enjoy reading this article I just came across: New US Citizenship Test Requiring Greater English Skills Draws Concerns From Immigrants and Advocates – Too Difficult

Complete horseshit.
My new job has me talking with tons of folks in south Florida.
Had one the other day who spoke no English AT ALL!
Elderly couple from Cuba.
Asked the wife (who spoke heavily accented English) when it was when her husband obtained his Florida driver’s license.
She replied,
“Fifty years (ago).”
Parasite has been in the U.S. for 50 years and cannot speak a word of English.
Zero.
Nada.
WTF?

No English---just like 70% of the blacks.Soon, when Whitey gets cut down to under 40-50% demographics, the Whites will have to give up English--so the majority can be comfortable.

I once visited a Cuban-American friend's family in San Antonio. The Cubans there have their own enclave. My friend's mother spoke no English probably because she never needed to (or wanted to) interact much with people outside of her own community. My buddy's mom was a nice lady, though, for what that's worth.
They can for the citizenship test ask you ten questions as selected from a list of 100 questions. Of you which must get seven of ten right to pass the test.
YES, and not being able to speak even a word of English after fifty years remarkable in a bad way.
