To which,the mother explains that Maxine Waters is a 2020s version of Aunt Esther.

"Who's THAT?"

Again,the mother explains that Aunt Esther would be the opposite--lookswise-- of Diahann Carroll.

"Who's that?And how do you know these people?"

"They're black people of the future."

WHAT'S that?"
