Police Identify Suspect Wanted for Double-Murder in Upper Kirby Apartment

ATR: Pretty specific description of the suspect.
Obviously, the suspect is a white male.
Otherwise, there would have been no ID.
The two women, aged 31 and 32, were found with multiple gunshot wounds around 6 p.m. in the 3200 block of Norfolk Street. One victim was identified as Nasim Arab, the other has yet to be named.

Muslim nave for the deceased. Most Middle-Easterners are often described as "white". Out of state plates too. Suspicious.
