Judge: State Dept. Must Recognize Gay Md. Couple's Child was US Citizen at Birth in Canada

N.S.: But the baby cannot possibly be the "gay couple's child." That's biologically impossible. He can only be the child of one of them, and a second person not in the "couple." And what does that person have to say?

You're right N.S.,the judges need to be pulled out of the courthouses and given a "talking" to--then disposed of.
