At some point there will be someone who won't boast about such things.
They will just show up and do it.
N.S.: Since when is fantasizing about anything a crime? And shouldn't killing terrorists get a man the key to the city? Maybe they arrested him for repetition: "my dream is to at least take out at least 200 N******."

Having lived in New Mexico, I have seen there that Hispanics have no love for blacks. One told me that if his daughter came home with a big N-word, he would shoot her.
