Capital Closings for Nogs
I've studied in grad school and read since about the unfolding of events in Russia leading to the Bolshevik takeover. In Feb 1917 many thought "reform" was coming. Lenin & Co. had other plans.
So here we are in the greater DC metro area and they are publicly announcing road closures and other instructions for this new, Black-centric "holiday":
