Almost as senseless as releasing prisoners because of COVID-19?
Not knowing the killer's motive,McNeil cannot say whether the violence was senseless can he?
Whatever this killer did,there are other senseless decisions made by people like McNeil,Macron and Merkel on a regular basis that are far more damaging.
