GRA:That 15 year old is as tall as the police leading him away in the picture.Rehabilitation?What contribution to society does the judge think will occur?His "black brain" is sociopathically set in stone.He will not change--but sociopaths can PRETEND to change so that they can be put in situations where they can injure or kill again.By age 15,there is no change possible.
