In Mexico (and US ghettos)social distancing--instead of six feet--should be SIXTY feet between minority people-- or more.Maybe the vics would have a fighting chance to avoid the bullets being shot at them.
That wouldn't happen anyways--its the reason I said,"blacks will spread more of this disease than anyone."
They don't follow most laws on the books already now--they sure as hell won't follow these rules either.
