Two ways to go on this:If you remove someone from a bus for not wearing a mask,can police do it at grocery stores too?Or gas stations?
Second,I don't think the blacks will riot because of that particular type of police action;have a white cop shoot him dead and then replay the video on "Negro Nightly News" ad nauseum,with the word "OUTRAGE" plastered on screen and Holt proclaiming,"violence is possible in Philadelphia tonight after..."
That's your riot recipe.

Not to worry, it would be hard to have a riot while maintaining a distance of at least 6 feet from anyone. And blacks always obey rules, don't they?
