Late night negro party results in violent, black, racist felon Kneko T. Moore pulling gun on local resident who complained:

Do I really know if Mr. Moore is racist? No, but I do know that 99% of his type are, so the odds are pretty good. I also don’t know if the party was an all, or mostly, negro party but if it was mostly whites then it’s doubtful a negro would have pulled a gun. That’s something blacks are more likely to do in groups. Even without Coronavirus hysteria, drinking, carousing and playing loud music in this neighborhood is going to provoke complaints. I know the area quite well, it’s very densely populated, if they had kept quiet and low profile, they may have been able to drink throughout the night.
This is a predominantly white neighborhood but recently there has been an influx of blacks from all sorts of places, and they do love to congregate. I expect these kinds of problems to worsen and more and more negros move in. You'll know Portland is REALLY getting bad,when instead of READING about parties like this,you WITNESS it first hand,as cops and ambulances zoom past your house to a destination the next block over(like I have seen at least twice in the last year),
