Why did "the powers that be"(the BPD didn't decide on drones--the Feds did)pick the city of Baltimore to try this little endeavor?(lol)
Second:The only "social distancing" Baltimore's residents understand is the one inside the greybar hotel.Of course that goes for any ghetto city or neighborhood.

Close to Wash DC. Lots of tech firms in the area. So close they could control the drones from the winders to the outside.
