Today’s (April 13) Wall Street Journal discusses the excessive force used to corral people violating various Chinavirus restrictions, such as the father arrested by cops in Brighton, Colorado, while playing catch with his 6-year-old daughter and wife in an empty softball field, and the mayor of Louisville, KY, prohibiting people from attending an Easter service, while remaining in their cars.
WSJ reminds readers that the First Amendment guarantees the right of free assembly and that these draconian orders and their capricious enforcement “run the risk of encouraging mass civil disobedience....”
WSJ: “perhaps the most excessive decrees have come from Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer... [who] has barred Michiganders from traveling to each other’s homes. ‘All public and private gatherings of any [?!] size are prohibited.’....Michigan state officials also have imposed a series of heavy-handed restrictions, including bans on supposedly ‘non-essential’ sections of supermarkets, which have accordingly been cordoned off....[In addition a Michigan resident] can enjoy a boat ride by himself or with his dog—but not if his boat has a motor. The logic of these seemingly arbitrary distinctions must elude most Americans.”
New Michigan restrictions ban the selling of paint, including at home improvement and hardware stores. Gun shops, considered “non-essential” by Michigan leftists, are closed. And you are prohibited from changing your residence during the “crisis.” You can’t move. You have to stay at home. Period.

BTW, MI state govt is controlled by Democrats, including path-breaking lesbian State Atty General Dana Nessel (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dana_Nessel) who claims that “white racism” is the cause of blacks’ “over representation” in Chinavirus cases (https://defensemaven.io/bluelivesmatter/news/michigan-ag-suggests-racism-is-responsible-for-virus-deaths-of-black-people-UroR-YycAE6YPuAGHX-Psw. She endorses the $PLC, no surprise there.
Going into 2018, Republicans controlled all the major state offices and both houses of the state legislature. That year the GOP placed Afro-American John James at the top of the ticket, running for U.S. Senate. James is a fundamentalist Christian with a white wife and three children by her. Blacks turned out in large numbers to vote against him and the traditional white vote among GOPers weakened. Check him out for yourself:

I railed against John James two years ago when he opposed Stabenow.Though he's a Republican,I voted against him.Blacks like him try to scam their way into office,by getting GOP votes from the Republicans and with his black as coal derma, attempt to garner Dem black votes as well.That deception didn't work in 2018.He's trying a part deux.
My suspicion is that,like wolves who wear sheep's clothing, blacks who wear Republican clothing will,upon winning,revert to what they really are--NIGS.

I do have a problem with irrational rules imposed by decree. Gardening in your own yard is clearly safer than going to a grocery store to buy food--but it is outlawed in Britain and buying seeds is not allowed in Michigan. Neither does driving in your car alone increase the chance of anyone catching Wuhan Virus. And no one should be prevented from getting any test he wants. This virus got out of control because of the CDC and the FDA preventing use of private tests, releasing a flawed test, and denying people the right to be tested unless they met the idiotic requirements of having traveled overseas for been in contract with a known vector. Consequently the disease spread wildly before anyone realized it. In contrast, South Korea and Taiwan did a find job of testing and stopping the spread. Those who give up freedom for security deserve neither. When this virus fades, will Americans be conditioned to obeying irrational dictates imposed from above? Trump is doing a good job, the CDC, FDA, various governors, and WHO are NOT!

Residents of Michigan, angry about what they see as overbearing executive orders by Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, have a planned a massive protest around the state capitol on Wednesday.
The Michigan Conservative Coalition has organized “Operation Gridlock,” which will likely see protesters in their cars, honking horns, and clogging streets.
“Everyone, every citizen, every business owner needs to get out of their house, out of their chair, and get in their car, or truck, or anything that is legal to drive on taxpayer funded roads,” the group said.
Gov. Whitmer accused the DeVos family of being behind the protest, an accusation a family spokesman denied.
Whitmer said on Monday, Fox 17 reported.
"I also would just say, I think it is this group is funded in large part by the DeVos family and I think it’s really inappropriate for a sitting member of the United States president’s cabinet to be waging political attacks on any governor, but obviously on me here at home."
Whitmer defended ramping up her stay-at-home order and said she never banned the sale of American flags, car seats, or bug spray, and accused anyone who would claim such a thing of “political posturing.”
But over the weekend, pictures showing various items being blocked from sale flooded social media.
The various bans came in response to Whitmer outlawing the sale of certain items she deemed “non-essential.” According to her order, stores of more than 50,000 square feet must:
1. Limit the number of customers in the store at one time (excluding employees) to 4 people per 1,000 square feet of customer floor space. The amount of customer floor space must be calculated to exclude store areas that are closed under subprovision (2) of this subsection.
2. Close areas of the store—by cordoning them off, placing signs in aisles, posting prominent signs, removing goods from shelves, or other appropriate means—that are dedicated to the following classes of goods:
A. Carpet or flooring.
B. Furniture.
C. Garden centers and plant nurseries.
D. Paint.
As a result, a Costco blocked American flags with yellow “Caution” tape:

#2:If you must enter such a store,spray any area where a black has been with anti-bacterial soap or cleaning fluid like Pine Sol.Ask a store employee to sanitize any surface a black has touched or breathed on w/o wearing a mask.
#3:Blacks sneezing or coughing, without a mask,should be reported to police.MSM says blacks are full of the virus.Why shouldn't we believe them?They may be intentionally trying to get whitey.
#4:This is not racist to safeguard yourself against a race that refuses to assist in stopping the spread of COVID-19.Lesta Holt,Margaret Brennan and many more have repeatedly announced "a disparate amount of A-A's are catching the virus."

Me,I try to avoid any area where blackies roam anyways--I'm just doubling up on that now.
