This is the last line in the Breitbart article. I think it shows the Chinese are doing something right:

"“The African community in Guangzhou has been dwindling in recent years. There were once thought to be hundreds of thousands from the continent conducting business in the city, but today the number has fallen to just thousands,” the BBC’s correspondent reported".

Can we get hire some of those city officials to work here in the US for a while? I'm not crazy about the HB1 visa program and don't like the idea of immigrants getting plugged into high paying government jobs right away but if they can duplicate that kind of success here, I won't complain a bit.
