Illegal Aliens' Dream Destroyed by Strong Winds in Texas

Interestingly,the wind gusts always seem to arrive an hour after the consumption of Mexican food at dinner time--consisting of tacos,burritos,enchiladas and chili.
The National Weather Service suggested the wind was created by man-made circumstances and not atmospheric conditions.

I wonder if this is a colonias? Squatters who buy a pieced of property not zoned for housing and then build a ramshackle structure as "home". Make illegal hook-up for electricity and then demand and get access to schools for their kids.
