Police say they believed he might flee or has fled to Mexico.

N.S.: There's no such thing as a "person of interest." No such legal category exists. I don't know when that legal fiction was coined, but it was popularized in 2002, as part of the DOJ-FBI/MSM witchhunt against Dr. Steven J. Hatfill in the anthrax murder case, which was a rerun of the 1996
witchhunt against the late Richard Jewell, the hero in the Atlanta Olympic Stadium case. LEOs have to respect certain rights of criminal suspects; they use the fiction, "person of interest," in order to violate said rights.

LANSING POLICE LOOK FOR FOUR GUNMEN IN NEGRO PARTY SHOOTING THAT KILLS ONE,INJURES FIVE,
Updated: Sun 5:44 PM, Oct 27, 2019

LANSING, MI (WILX) Lansing police are looking for multiple people in connection to the homicide that happened early this morning on Lansing's south side.

One person is dead and four others injured after a shooting.
It started around shortly after 1 a.m. near the 1700 block of West Miller Rd.

"I just want everybody to put the guns down."
Chief Daryl Green says they are looking for multiple subjects involved.

The call came in just after 1:30 for reports of a shooting in the 1700 block of Miller Road.

Neighbors said parties are hosted at the residence where the shooting took place all the time.

Epimenio Torres Jr. has lived in the area for nine years. His family including his mother, daughter and grandsons also live in the area.

"This side of town has been my home," Torres said. "I really like living close to my mom and my daughter and my grandsons, but its just really kind of too bad that its getting really bad... Especially this close to home."

Torres heard the sounds of gunshots from his home, he said he put on his coat and walked up to the corner where he could see police already arriving to the scene.

Dee Bangs lives nearby and walks past the house every day on his way to work. This morning he saw the aftermath of the events.

"At first I'm like man it's just a normal day in the hood, but you don't see it so close by you usually see it sectioned off," Bangs said. "It's a shocker though. I hate seeing people doing this type of stuff."
People both inside and outside the residence had injuries from gunshots.

A 22-year-old Jackson man died at the hospital due to his injuries.

His name has not yet been released.

Lansing Police and Michigan State Police are investigating this as a homicide.

"Anybody could've been in the crossfire so it's kind of crazy," Bangs said. "It's kids out here, so it's never a right time to do this type of stuff. I just want everybody to put the guns down"
GRA:"Normal day in the hood"--that says it all.I saw video of the scene and you would have thought you were in Kenya--blacks milling about everywhere.
